Polar Warm-up Party
Sabemos lo importante que es un buen calentamiento antes de competir. Elevar tus pulsaciones, romper a sudar, concentrarte mientras te evades al ritmo de la música de tus auriculares. Porque conocemos esa sensación y también la tensión que genera, Andalucía Bike Race quiere invitarte a la Polar Warm-up Party para que te relajes. Una relajada reunión de bienvenida para empezar a tomar contacto con la prueba.
Será el sábado 22 de febrero a partir de las 19:30 en la sala encima del parking de bicicletas (Paddock, IFEJA, Jaén). Además de reunirse deportistas, técnicos y organización, se explicarán las últimas directrices de la prueba y se presentarán los cinco equipos del Polar Racing Team, así como el equipo Polar femenino formado por dos de sus embajadoras.

Fiesta de despedida
Andalucía Bike Race Recovery Party
El viernes 28 de febrero a las 21:30, se celebrará en la discoteca Góngora Gran Café la Andalucía Bike Race Recovery Party (calle Góngora, 10. Córdoba). Todos los participantes que asistan recibirán una consumición gratuita y los Finisher de la prueba podrán recoger su exclusivo trofeo.
Se visionarán imágenes de vídeo y fotografía de los mejores momentos de la edición 2014 y se realizará un gran sorteo de productos gracias a todos los patrocinadores de la prueba.
Los participantes deben llevar puesta su pulsera de participante para entrar y tener bebidas a un precio especial hasta medianoche (0:00). Por supuesto cualquier acompañante o seguidor de la prueba tendrá acceso a la discoteca. www.gongoragrancafe.es.

Polar Warm-up Party
We know how important a good warm-up is before racing. Increasing your heart beats, starting to sweat, focusing as you evade according to the rhythm of music that come out from your headphones. Because we know that feeling and the tension that it produces, Andalucía Bike Race wants to invite you to the Polar Warm-up Party so that you relax. A relaxed welcome meeting in order to start getting in contact with the event.
It will be on Saturday 22nd of February from 19:30 in the lounge on top of the bicycle parking (paddock, IFEJA, Jaén). Besides gathering athletes, technicians and organisers, the race’s final guidelines will be explained and the five Polar Racing Teams will be presented, as well as the Polar women team made up of two of its ambassadors.

Farewell party
Andalucía Bike Race Recovery Party
At 21:30 on Friday 28th of February, the Andalucía Bike Race Recovery Party will take place at Góngora Gran Café disco (Góngora, 10. Córdoba). All the participants that attend will receive a free drink and the race Finishers will be able to collect their exclusive trophy.
The best moments of the 2014 edition will be shown on video and photos, and a great lottery of products will take place thanks to all the competition’s sponsors.
The participants must wear their rider’s bracelet to enter and get drinks at a special price until midnight (0:00). Obviously any companion or follower of the race will have access to the night club.
